Who sends the texts

Dolce Vita Dance Studio (a limited liability company; website https://www.dolcevitadance.com/; registered address 450 Northeast 20th Street, Boca Raton, FL 33431), for its Aventura studio. Automated texts come only from (857) 858-3123.

Program 1: questionnaire link

One text message with a personal link to the class questionnaire. It is sent only after you confirm your mobile number and say yes during your call with the studio.

The link opens the questionnaire from the first step; nothing from the call is filled in. It works for 24 hours.

One message per request you make by phone. A new link is sent only if you ask for it again in a call.

Sending the questionnaire is a request. The studio then confirms whether and when a lesson can take place. Nothing is booked or paid by the text or the link.

Program 2: trial lesson reminders

If you tick the separate reminder box in the questionnaire, we text you about each trial lesson the studio has confirmed, a group class or a private lesson: 24 hours before (with the lesson time and the change deadline where your trial has one) and 3 hours before. Up to 2 texts per trial lesson.

If the trial is confirmed less than 24 hours before it starts, only the 3-hour text is sent; less than 3 hours before, none. A trial booked later in another program gets its own reminders.

If a trial is moved, only the new time is reminded and a text already sent is not sent again; if it is cancelled, its reminders stop. A reminder that would arrive late or at night (9 PM – 8 AM, New York time) is not sent — it is skipped, not moved to another time.

Regular classes after the trial get no text reminders.

Reminders never confirm a change, a refund or a payment; for that, contact the studio.

Separate permissions

Each program needs its own yes. A yes to the link covers only that one message; it is not a yes to reminders, and a yes to reminders is not a yes to anything else.

A link by e-mail needs its own yes during the call.

These programs send no marketing or promotional texts, and your yes here is not consent to them.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. The studio does not charge for the texts.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to stop all texts from this number (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too). Our SMS provider confirms the opt-out by text, and the studio records it; reminders are then switched off.

Reply START if you want texts from this number again. This sends nothing by itself and does not switch reminders back on; that needs a new yes in the questionnaire, and a new link needs a new yes in a call.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a text does not arrive, call the studio and we will help another way.
